We are located at U1 971 NUDGEE ROAD BANYO QLD 4014 but we service Mechanical Workshops Australia wide. If you can't get to us check out your Delivery options.

We welcome our customer's to use thir preferred Courier by providing their details when placing the order. However if you'd like ease of use from purchase to Core return we recommend letting us organise the delivery / return delivery. Our prices do not include postage / delivery as prices vary depending on location and urgency. We welcome you to use your preferred courier by simply giving us their details at the time you order or try one of our couriers for your area. Here's a list to give you a better idea of cost for service:

LOCAL & SOUTH EAST QUEENSLAND
We are open 7:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday and by appointment on Saturdays for pick ups. Alternatively we use and highly recommend Couriers Please and Fastways Couriers for all other deliveries in South East Queensland.

PREMIUM POSTAGE - AUSTRALIA WIDE

Premium delivery service via Star Track Express only available to homes and business' only. Prices include GST, fuel, and security surcharge. Additional charges apply if more than 1 delivery attempt is made or if delivering to a postal address. Please authorise us to leave parcel at doorstep to prevent additional charges.

Please note delivery to Northern Territory incurs a Long Haul surcharge which prevents us from providing premium delivery to NT.

BRISBANE TO CABOOLTURE
Okesene Transport offers a fast and reliable service to Caboolture and surrounding suburbs at $16.50 including surcharges. Exchange units can be sent back via Okesene Transport at just $11.00 per item.

SUNSHINE COAST
Goods dispatched via Time Express (account holders only), Couriers Please, or Fastway Couriers.

GOLD COAST HINTERLANDS
At $11.00 per delivery with several pick ups during the day we use and recommend Fast Rider Couriers for all deliveries heading down the coast.

AUSTRALIA POST

For deliveries to all other places including Northern Territory we use Australia Post Standard or Express Post.

EXCHANGE SYSTEM


We are able to sustain affordable prices through our Exchange System. All our prices are on an Exchange Basis. Once our unit is fitted, you're required to send back your broken unit.

All our reconditioned Window Regulator, Motor, Actuators, and Steering Columns are sold on an Exchange Basis. In order to keep up with stock demand we need your broken unit returned to us. We recommend you purchase a Core Exchange for $10.00 when purchasing your Powerwin Unit as it's usually the most cost effective and trackable way of getting your broken unit back to us.

Take a moment to familarise yourself with our simple selling process.

  • Purchase a Powerwin Product.

    Most of our reconditioned units are available for purchase over the phone to enable us to identify the best fix / product for you, as often there are variables between same make and models of vehicles.

  • SAME OR NEXT DAY DISPATCH.

    We have a large selection of Couriers that we work with to get your goods to you as close as possible to when you need it, with Premium Delivery available for just $20.00 to most Australian addresses (does not include NT).
    Express Delivery available to New Zealand at cost.

  • RECEIVE, fit, repack, dispatch.

    As our units are Genuine units, the process is often as easy as:
    1. Remove the broken unit;
    2. Refit our reconditioned unit;
    3. Pack the broken unit back in to our Box;
    4. Resend the broken unit to us using the most cost effective method. We recommend purchasing a CORE RETURN from $10.00 at the time of your purchase, so you simply lodge a pick up request via our website, then print and attach the return label once pick up has been organised from our end!

  • RECEIVE REFUND!

    If you were charged a Core Deposit at the time of purchasing your Powerwin Reconditioned Unit we will refund the deposit when we receive your broken unit. Our 100% refundable Core Deposit ranges from $35.00 - $125.00, depending on the product.
    Please note we may reduce your core deposit refund if your broken unit is missing components or if the structural integrity of the unit has been compromised. Call for more information.

POWERWIN CORE / REBUILD PICK UP

BOOK A PICK UP / REBUILD REQUEST. WE'LL LODGE A REQUEST WITH ONE OF OUR COURIERS AND SEND YOU THE CONSIGNMENT LABEL TO ATTACH TO YOUR PARCEL, READY FOR THE DRIVER TO PICK UP.

Please Note: You must have access to an email and printer to use this service.

Please note you will require access to a Printer and Email for this Service. We will organise pick up via a suitable Courier and send the consignment lable and instructions to the email provided.

Please ensure all Core Returns are repacked in the supplied packaging.

Pick Up bookings after 11am will be scheduled for the next business day. Please contact us if you do not receive confirmation email from us within 24 hours.
