DO NOT operate the window motor until the window regulator is COMPLETELY assembled in the door.
The Window Bailey Channel MUST be lubricated with a QUALITY SILICONE SPRAY.
The glass may need aligning. This can be achieved by loosening the regulator and window slider bolts when the glass is near the top of the door and finding the sweet spot. This may require several attempts with worn rubbers.
Some doors are frameless and therefore may require more alignment. Check the side to side alignment, and also the alignment of the glass when the door and glass are both in the closed position.
Although we provide 12 months warranty, premature wear and tear will not be a warranty claim as it will be considered that the glass or the regulator were not fitted or aligned correctly.
A ''Cooked'' motor {or burnt out motor) will also hold no warranty as this would be a result of a switching electrical fault, or a labouring motor due to alignment problems.
