
Removing / Refitting Mazda Motor Cog
Locate the plastic joint (as pictured) and tap lightly to break the seam.
Place Mazda window motor (as shown in image 2) and wedge motor cog cover open with a flat screw driver.
Once open, pull out the gears A & B and any broken teeth from the drive bases. Remove drive spindle and rubber clutch from on top of gear B, and reassemble on top of our new Mazda gear B. Lightly grease the Mazda gears A & B and refit back into the drive bases.
